"Did excellent job on my foreign car for an excellent price. When I was waiting my turn, they told the older woman in front of me that her car was perfectly in alignment and didn't charge her anything. That's when I knew I definitely made the right decision choosing them. I got my report of before and after and that was just another peace of mind to see it corrected. Super nice people too!Highly recommend!"

They were welcoming to our grandkids being in the waiting area with us. Did a great job with aligning our front end. We got in and out with no appointment. We will back with other vehicles in our household.

"Walked into get the alignment done on my vehicle. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Enjoyed the entertainment of the small sea aquarium And before I knew it they were telling me the car was going to go for a test drive and would be back. This was my first time to get in the alignment done in East Texas. Will continue to use them and grateful for the work performed. I got an electronic print out of the before and after on the alignment."

"Josh and his crew took on a big task of getting my rusty box truck road worthy. He was very upfront on what my truck needed and gave me a fair quote upfront. They worked on my truck all day to ensure I would have very little downtime for my company. Even though they had to work late to finish my truck, I never felt like they rushed the repair. Great quality workmanship and value. Will be bringing my fleet of vehicles here to get serviced."

"Josh and his team are top level. Not fun when you have a high dollar truck that is regular serviced by a dealer and has had front end work done at a dealer that just ate a set of tires. Went in expecting having to spend a lot of money need new shocks, ball joints, tie rods or whatever else the dealer was trying to tell me we would need. Mind you 12k miles ago the dealer replaced a tie rod end under warranty and "performed the alignment". Obviously that part didn't happen. Got new tires put on and went straight to the king. They went through the truck with a fine tooth comb and instead of trying to sell me a bunch of parts that they easily could have, they were honest and said the only thing wrong was the toe was complete out of whack. Truly appreciate the honestly and not just trying to sell me a bunch of parts to max and extra profit. They got me in and out quickly and the truck drives perfect again. Thank you Josh and the Alignment King team!!!!"

"Alignment King is truly the king of alignment here in town. Josh the owner is amazing, cool, and very professional. Got turned down by other shops in Tyler(4-5 shops). Josh and Ethan found a way to get my car up and aligned my wheels. They also diagnosed the issue about the excessively loud noise coming from the front end. Ordered parts and the parts came in the next day! The techs who worked on my wheel bearing noise repair are Tim and Wyatt. they r very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their craft. They took care of my car right away! Now my car is driving straight smooth like butter, and no more excessive noise! Hats off to Alignment King for such an amazing work. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family."

Great experience today! Brought my Tahoe in for an alignment and they got me right in and back out within 30 minutes. They let me know what will need attention on the front end soon, and that it is not critical. No upselling, just honest work. I left with a quote for the the front end work and better steering with the new alignment. Thank you so much for the great service, I will be back.

My truck front end was wore out and I went all over Tyler to find an afforadble but quality mechanic to take care of my truck. Their owner diagnosed the issue (which he did cheaper an the 4 other places I went to) and came in lower while also using quality parts. They also got the work done very quickly and were very easy to work with. 10/10 service and 10/10 on affordability. 10/10 on speed and 10/10 on customer service. Overall will be using them again if at all possible in the future.
